Physical Material Sample Kit Shipping
Physical finish sample boxes (tiles, marbles, wood veneers, hardware fittings) ordered through the Homebuyer Studio or Architect Specification Rail are dispatched per standard courier schedules:

Delivered within 2 to 4 business days (Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata).
Tier-2 Regional Centers

48-Hour Damage Reporting
If a physical sample box or material swatch arrives damaged, report the issue within 48 hours to [email protected] with photos.
Zero-Cost Replacement
A replacement sample kit will be dispatched immediately at zero cost with priority courier handling.
